We actively support schools and community activities through various partnerships, including:<\/p>\n– Installing bus shelters
\n– Supporting community gardening projects
\n– Providing specialty sand play boxes at Illawarra Primary School
\n– Reading sessions with students at Kingston Primary School\nOur involvement also includes:
\n– Hosting exchange students
\n– Supporting BBQ events
\n– Participating in Rotary’s Young Driver Awareness program
\n– Offering leadership training opportunities
\n– Engaging in Rotaract networking and communal initiatives, such as ShelterBox programs.\n\t\t\t\t\"Rotary\n\t

Experiences<\/h3>\n

We are proud to have connections with Rob Pennicott, who generously supports our club by offering September cruises to Betsey Island from Dru Point, Margate. Guided by Rotarian Rob Pennicott, these personal and shortened tours are a highlight. Participants often say it’s “a most enjoyable Saturday outing” during the Father’s Day weekend.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"yellowboat2017\"\n\tDru Point, Margate, holds a special place in our community. It’s a family-friendly area featuring:
\n– BBQ facilities
\n– Open fields for sports
\n– Playgrounds for all ages and abilities
\n– Pleasant walking tracks, including dog-friendly areas
\n– A kids’ bike track complete with traffic lights\n

The caf\u00e9, open until 3 pm, adds to the charm. We also host our two annual **Mega Markets** at Dru Point, making it a hub for local activities and gatherings.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
